    More power please

    and a better quality mirror.. I have a power pack from you that is totally Amazing. it holds its power almost forever. It also holds more than half a charge. I bought two fans and the compact for christmas gifts. I find them weak and relatively ineffective. So, can you go back to what you were successfully making? Please. I would love a few more of Those for gifys.

    i press the button once but none of the 4 interior power indicator lights come on. Although the mirror light works great.

    won’t charge

    I got this charger from a second hand store, for really cheap. It was brand new and everything, and it still had everything in the box. Didn’t even have fingerprints on it. I charged it over night and read the directions, but for some reason it will not charge it for long. My phone will go up one percent, and then it will stop charging. I have to press the button ever other second. I really wanted it love this- and I do love the mirror aspect, but for the price and the quality of the charge, I do not recommend.

    I purchased the Tech Candy GLOW UP Lumi compact power bank a few weeks ago as soon through Deals and Steals. Unfortunately, the product did not come with the Micro–USB to USB power cord as promised. Of all the cords I have at home, nothing is a fit. I've tried to contact the company with no response. I'm very disappointed! I was planning to purchase more as gifts if I was pleased. I guess they won't be going in my daughter's stockings after all.

    I've been charging the item for 2 days, it shows for dots lit up. Howevet, the lights atound the mirror never light up. It is the first utem I've ordered from your company. I guess it will be my last. The product doesn't work as described. I'm so disappointed, I was originally so excited about getting this product.
